eD was around 2002 (I ran their first line of subs) and RE chimed in a bit after that, probably sometime in 2003. Fi started last year if I'm not mistaken.

FI has already proven their quality with every sub they make. From what I hear around here sundown makes a **** soid amp, that are underrated, or at least rated correctly.
