How much extra amperage can you expect to achieve by getting the alternator rewound?

Okay im done arguing and im not coming back to this thread. What i said i said, i beleive what i said, and i know its true, like i said, its a big/small block. Even though, you are right, it doesn't matter, because although they did have the nicest heads of pretty much any engine of its time, and even now, but the rest of that engine is crapppp. Im working on a project right now with my brother, father and cousin, we are putting cleveland heads on a 351 windsor. Its really not that big of a feat to accomplish but it should make a lot of power.

Holy GOD JESUS!!!!! Guys!! I like engine-talk too, but Fu** take her eazy; This is just a little, simple, thread about fricking powering my **** 1000wrms system. Seriously sad... Thank you for coming to the thread to help me out, but if you're going to continue this bickering, please, create a thread for it... indeed, I found the entire altercation quite amusing, so I will come look at your hating thread daily! Alright, I'm pretty sure that you've both helped me out in the past, so, lets just be civilized, OK? Alright, now.... in response to someone who stuck to the topic of the thread: I didn't even think it would be in any way possible to run what was it 1200w off of 70A... wow! I don't know if that's going to happen, but here's a question to get this thread on topic:

Do you think that I could run 1000wrms off of my 90A alt with just the big three and no other upgrades?

Thanks to anyone who is still interested in responding to the topic... And let's clean this beast up please.

And I hope that neither of you have any animosity towards me; I'm just trying to get some advice, and learn something here... Please, remember, I do appreciate your responses, but lets keep them thread related. Thanks to both of you and anyone else who made it to this point in the thread... And who cares.

In my defense, I was trying to help, and that idiot decided to argue about engine displacements. All it takes is looking at his initial comments to me to see who clearly was the one who veered off the topic. And then post 6 replies in a row with 'oh, and another thing...'.
I have no animosity towards you, I can appreciate you wanting your thread to stay on track. But if you are gonna complain, complain about the right person. I even made this comment... "this is the last post I will clutter this thread up with on while discussing lame-*** ford engines". And it was.

Clearly, one person and one person alone has wanted to argue about engine sizes, designations, etc. And that person has not been me. Sorry this is 2 of your threads Ive been arguing in today, but it seems the retards are out in force the past couple days.

Cheers.

Cad, you should be fine with your stock alt.

As for the 351C discussion, head on over to this thread and post away. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I'd just do the Big 3 and try it on the stock alt. If you still get dimming (which you shouldnt) you can add another battery later. Theres no sense in wasting money to get your alt rewound if the stock will work. Except for if you plan to run more power later.

Im curious, what color is the sky in your little imaginary world you live in? Is it blue, like ours?
Well, it's usually black at night time and sometimes when the sun sets it's a redish color!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
