how many yellow tops to handle 3000watts?

I had 4 g34's on a saz3000d for a while now only have 2 on the same amp with a stock 90amp alt ans it drops to like 13.3.

Hell, I'd venture to say you weren't getting close to a realiable 3kW.

And I bet those amplifiers hated you for attempting to run them strapped at 1/2 an ohm off of two yellow tops.

Were they group 31'ers? Only if they were 31 series would I give you a thumbs up to what you said.
