How many rear view mirrors have you guys had to glue back on?

well im gonna have to say the car does make a difference...ive had 2 jeep cherokee sports..one a 99 the other a 2000....the 2000 mirror can off a few days after i put in my system...two 12" SE's on 2kwatts...now i have the 99 and 12" SX on a 9.1...both have been metered and the SX was only .3 behind the SE's..and the mirror on the 99 barely even shakes...the side mirrors make me feeling like my wings are flapping and im going to take flight..but the rear view is frozen

mine jumps all over the ****ed place, and occasionally will rattle itself out of the holder, but i've never had the holder itself pop off the windshield. i listen to upper 140's daily.

a buddie of mine, after the fourth time of glueing it back and every time it fell back off it would take some glass with it and haveing to have his front window retinted twice, he mounted a boat mirror on his dashboard

So your point? My car is pretty **** nice bro. I also have a 2002 Mitz Eclispe GTS, there elite in there line-up and cost me 28500 with all the goodies and is paid off now, but I would rather drive my ST Focus over that anyday. Is just as fast to boot.

people are too scared to admit their car manufacturer, might have went the cheap route when mounting the rear view mirror. Even a mercedes/lexus/range rover can fall off if not put on properly.
Face it, it's the manufacturers least of concerns when building a vehicle.

No point in arguing over such a small point.
