How many ohms should be entered into the voltage equation for setting gain?

I will be wiring my sub like this:

To set the gain with a multimeter you use this formula to determine what the voltage output should be: Voltage = square root of watts x ohms

Do I put 2ohms or 4ohms in the equation?

2 ohms.. You always put the ending the ohm load.
