i would avoid any brand that tries to copy another amp. reverse-engineering is a recipe for problems.
Audison makes a fine product and the older stuff is legit Italy. A company with over 20 years in high-end mobile audio. Jury is still out on the latest Voce line with the new factory in Asia.
Mosconi is new to the audio scene, ~6 years of amplifier production. People have flocked to them since and the forums like to gravitate to anything new. The Gladen AS series looks very nice.
a local shop that i've delt with for over 20 years is an authorized carrier of Audison. For me, the choice for the LRx line was a combination of local support/warranty, flexible crossover sections, and flexible amplifier channels. My LRx5.1k has 0.01% THD Class A for the tweeters, 0.05% THD Class AB for the woofers, then typical 0.5% THD Class D for the sub. S/N and channel separation are good. Very compact design for what you get. Mosconi doesn't make anything like that. The amp is a perfect complement for my Hertz Mille comps and sub. With Audison, you get a ton of info in the manual including very handy signal flow diagrams.
The VRx series is also very good in sound quality and flexibility, but the controls are confusing. I need the manual in hand to make adjustments to the VRx line.

you're comparing two vastly different amps as far as controls, flexibility, physical dimensions, wiring locations, etc. if you're torn, and both are solid choices, let your planned amp layout guide you. as it is, you should have already sketched out mounting/wiring layouts for both. Both accept additional modules for increased flexibility, though the VRx4.300 is active capable out of the box with 40Hz-5kHz of crossover adjustment (HPF for tweeters, BPF for woofers).
