No I'm totally serious. In IE if you set your home page to blank that is what it says when you open an IE window.

Umm no... If you open up IE and go to ""Tools"" Tab, then ""Internet Options" the 1st thing says, "You can chose what page you use as a home page and you can type in a URL that you want, or click on use current for whatever page you on, or click on ""Use Blank""

I do it, because I never know what page I'm going to an it loads faster like that, vs waiting for a page to load that you don't want right now...

I also use about:blank

I have all the usual sites I go to in my Favorites. Other wise it's a waste of my time and I can type right away. Smart idea from microsoft for once.

just saying that there was an IE trojan going around last year. it would reset your home page to about:blank. if you would switch your home page, as soon as you closed out IE and reopened it, it would change back. it also would down load a search bar automatically, i don't remember the name, but even if you removed it, it would redownlaod itself. the only way to get rid of it would be to remove it from the registry. very annoying stuff if you didn't want it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
