3.5 liter engine on that concorde? Probably not, huh? lol

My 1994 Civic DX has about 120k miles on it. Of course... I tore the engine down to build it for turbo so I guess it's not a good one to speak of, although, the engine had zero problems before I got the urge to boost //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

My friend had two older Integras. One was an 86 that he got with 160k miles that he drove until 190k miles, at which point he blew the head gasket. The other was an 89 that he got with 180k miles and drove until about 220k miles, at which point he blew the head gasket. Keeping in mind that he drove these cars like he just stole them *every* time he was behind the wheel and didn't keep up with the oil or anything like he should as he paid under $1k for both, I consider that a good run //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Both were fairly easily repairable mechanically but physically were not worth saving due to extremely poor care by the previous owners and my friend.

love the input guys!!!! today I was going down a big hill in neutral and there was this SUV going down the hill and I was jamming to my music w/ friends and he started braking... so I hit my brake and it just wasnt working(brakes are bad) and I was going about 65 or so and then I was getting reaaally close so I slammed them and turned to the left and I missed a car on the other side of the road by about 5 feet maybe a little more, and I clipped his left side of the bumper. Got out and turns out it was just a little scratch and the dude didnt even care about it. He shrugged his shoulders and that was that. Really cool guy(the scratch was small though) I then go look at my far and now I have screwed up my right fender a bit and my turn signal orange cover is smashed off.(I dont really care)

But now my little civic has 2 ****e d up fenders, a smashed hood, a semi smashed windshield, power locks dont work, hood of the car has some dings, right left rear bumper is bent a bit and my car still runs great. Mind you that Ive only caused the left fender(Freakin deer in the fog) and this incident today. Everything else was my buddy(previous owner)

I love civics!

Holy balls, I thought 80-90k was a lot for a 2000, but 235? Jesus lol
wow 235k for a 2000, you must be drivin alot! x2

Yeah I think he didn't know that you have to go in reverse to roll back miles.
like in that movie ferris beulers(sp) day off? lol

My wife has an '99 Civic with 98000 miles on it. It is an automatic and fully loaded so it is not fast but runs like new. It has barely a spot of rust on it on the outside but there are some gas lines and a transfer unit that is rusted bad. Likely we will replace the lines, transfer unit and tank in the next few weeks. She loves the car and it drives like a go-cart.

I have a '98 Altima with 124000 miles. It runs like new and in the 5 years I have had it it has needed a tie rod and a belt pulley froze burning the serpentine belt. That is it. Nice car.

Best of all no payments on either car and no intent to replace them for years.
