How many Deka 9a31 batts will I need?

Ok I will be running 8800 watts rms in a daily. I have 2 alts combined they do 236 amps at idle and 512 amps at highway speed.

I am looking at ordering a deka 9a34 batt for up front. How many 9a31 batts for back to stay between 13.3-14.4 volts?

about 6, i think you need a lil more alt power

I should add I will only be running around 6000 watts with gains down but around 8880 for demos

well, after doing a little quick math, for your alt/batt power to match the power required for the 8800rms it would take 10 9a31's (100aH correct?) with the 9a34.... now, that's just a quick, very simple figure...... me, at that kind of power I wouldn't use less than 6, most likely the 10, and add another alt as well..... that would be a little overkill most likely, but when it comes to electrical overkill is a good thing IME....

Id do 1 per 1k RMS

ive always used it and it works for me,

besides even if it isnt enough to stop voltage drop, its enough to bump safely IMO
