it depends on the size of the box. The paper that US currency is made from is about five thousands of an inch thick or about 200 bills to the inch. If the box was twelve inches long on the inside and could hold two stacks of twenties then the total would be $20*200*12*2 = $96,000. That's not accounting for crinkled and creased bills, they would be thicker and the box couldn't hold as many.

from the measurements above, i come up with $480,000 if they were $100 bills
