how many batteries?

how do i know if i need extra batteries in my trunk. i ve seen that some people have like 5 6 or even 7 yellowtops .is it really nessecary to have that many??

Depends on what kind of power you're running, and what electrical upgrades you have...

if your voltage is droping either another batt or 2 or a new alt if ur drop alot. and u dont need all yellow tops jus get a yellow top in the front.

right now i got none of the big 3 done, but i will soon,

and i have 2 4ohms 12 type r

and a aq1200d at 1ohm.

but i wanna get rid of the alpines and get 2 AQ hdc318 - A and 2 aq2200d

so if i get that ima go from 1200 watts to 4400 watts

at 1200 watts you prolly dont really need a seperate batt just put a better one up front. and if you do 4400 watts ya ur gonna need a few batts

you should be good with stock alt and if you wanna do a good 1200 jus have a yellow top in the front but if ur goin to do more then get another batt n youll be good

yeah, youll be good with 2 if your 4000 watt amp says Legacy or Pyramid on it.
