How is this system??

I bought the alpine CDA 9884 for a head unit,(per recommendations on here) also got a set of alpine Db 651s for the rear doors and will be buying Db 6501 components for the front. I know I will need an amp for this system and I have a chance at a new in the box version of this amp for $179 at a going out of buisiness sale. I just don't know what I am looking at for these things. should I grab it for the good deal? will it compliment my system enough? Not planning on a sub at this time.

the kicker will work fine if thats what your want. i might try to get a little more power though (could you get a 650.4 cheap??)
