How is my voltage?

Quick question to all...

So, I've got an SAZ-3500 on 2 Zv4 15's in my TC. I dream of the day when I can jump up to 5K or NS-1, but sadly I can't even make things work properly w/ my 3500.. Or so I think? I need some input on how you guys feel about the electrical system I have, and the results and experiences that I'm having with it.

Here are the upgrades:

DC Power 270XP HOA.

XS Power D3400 under the hood.

(2) XS Power D3100's in the rear.

Big 3 upgrade.

Audio Technix 1/0 gauge wiring. (1 run).

I've got this whole thing, head unit and amplifier alike, tuned w/ the DD-1.

When I get up to 70%, to 100% volume w/ this thing, I start to experience a decent voltage drop. I'll start to dip down to the 12's.. sometimes even low 12's if I play full tilt for more than 30 seconds... I really can't sit idle and crank this thing for more than a minute without being screwed.

Does this seem accurate? Does it make sense that this would be the type of drops and power depletion that I should be experiencing?

Thanks!

Thats because that alt makes little to no power at idle...I have a mechman 240 with a duracell agm under the hood and 2 100ah dekas in the back with 4 runs of 1/0 .running a aq3500.1 and a ppi bk 800.4 ..ill drop to mid 12s At idle after a while but while driving or rpms above 1500 I never drop below 14.2 full tilt

Let me clarify. I'm not meaning 70-100% of the HU volume. I'm meaning 70-100% of the volume relative to the volume at which the HU, or the system itself, begins to clip based on the readings of the DD-1. This isn't by any means a stock or factory configuration.

The XP series is engineered for high idle output as well as high cranking output. This alternator can produce 200 amps at idle.. 270 max.
Then u need to check ur connections and add a few runs of 1/0 I suggest 2 runs of pos and 2 runs of neg ...u are drawing quite a bit more than 200a at idle so dlnt expect to stay above battery resting voltage for long ..the added runs should help a few tenths

Ofc or cca? And I would do a dedicated ground run to the front. I don't trust any of these newer, tac welded together, unibody cars, for a strong body ground.
