How I lost my butt and gutt in a mere 6 months*pics*

I wanted to give you an update on my progress. Many of you know that I have made a lifestyle change and decided to get rid of my gut and butt not only for health reasons but also to get into better shape as Summer approaches. On the 27th of September, 2007 I decided to no longer be an out of shape and overweight individual, got up off my ***, got my diet together and joined a gym. Well it is 6 months since then and I must say I am doing pretty well.

I recently started to get my *** back in the gym to drop 25lbs. I changed my diet and I'm back on a workout schedule for 4 days a week. I hope I can get there like you did. Keep it up man.

Ever heard of the breathing squat routine? Well it is kicking my *** at the moment. I have 5 more weeks. UGH!

Really man. I'm in awe! Do you have a written up plan of your diet? I need to fine tune mine a bit.
In my journal there is a food log in Excel format. Take a look at it and see what you can find there.

Tomorrow I will be posting a new updated food log from the past month. I am performing "the breathing squat" routine so my caloric intake is at around 2700 calories per day.
