How hard would it be to do a recone myself?

Would it be worth the extra few bucks to stick with aluminum? & thank you everyone for all the help here. Would I be able to find this CA glue & activator at any hardware/hobby store?

if its already an aluminum coil, yes definately... aluminum coils are alot more reliable than copper

The aluminum and copper debate is well just that a debate(I'm not going to get into that here). The AQ recone is drop in and very easy and will include some mylar for shimming the coil. AQ also sells CA glue but it is not the cheapest by far. However, it is great glue and there is no need to wait when using it. You can drop it in your car and start playing with in secs from reconing it.

I'm not sure if AQ will still walk you through the recone process or not, but if you have questions feel free to PM me and I will do my best to help you out with it.

I have no idea, I just got them in a trade. It just says mobile tv on it? I'm too lazy to install myself. but yeah, they are for sale.
