How hard is it to glue a sub back together?

I've never opened up my sub box before, but I've got 2 older style type R subs. On one the rubber has come off from the centre circle of the sub, I was told I can glue it back together with CA-glue. They are in a ported alpine box, so all I have to do, is unscrew the sub, take it out, then what do I have to disconnect? Is it pretty simple?

Also, how long should I let the sub "Dry" for?
