How does this wiring look?

Ok I made up a little diagram of how I am wiring my equipment

Does everything look ok to you guys?

Thank you!

As long as your power/ground cable runs are 1/0, your big 3 is in 1/0, and your power/ground to the ZX2500 are 1/0, you should be set. Of course the 4ch doesn't need anything more than the 8 gauge.

Like others have stated, you'll want another fuse as close to the rear batt as possible. You could also utilize some sweet distro blocks as well, or instead, if you'd like to revamp your wiring, unless you haven't purchased the stuff yet?

Also, do you plan to run the ZX2500 @ 2ohms? Is your charging system consisting only of two Optima Group 34 batteries and the stock alternator? What size is the alternator?

You'll definitely want to put a 1/0 run from the front battery's negative terminal to the chassy, or just do a negative run to the rear battery. A 1/0 run from the terminal to chassy should suffice just fine for ~2.5kW though, until you plan to upgrade, then you'll want some direct 1/0 runs... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Need another fuse between the front and rear battery. Should do fuse right after the front and right before the rear battery
Ah yes I knew I was missing something thanks

You need a fused dist block in my opinion for the amps..save you a little bit of money on wiring expense, and would be a much cleaner look/install
I have all the wiring already, but can you give me any recommendations on a good one that will work good with my application?

Everything including the Big 3 are 0 gauge, except the 4ch which will take 8 max. I have a 300a alt, you think I need to run the negative front to back batt? Is it necessary? I did forget to put it in the diagram but up front I also have a 0 gauge ground from batt to chassis

Any recommendations on any sweet distro blocks?

Make sure to place a fuse inline on your alternator 1/0 wire as well.
Is that necessary?

Thanks all

No, you don't need a negative run to the back, but definitely the front battery negative to chassy.

Yes, it is necessary to fuse the positive alternator post to positive battery run for the Big 3.

A good dist.block id get/for upgrades as well..Stinger spd8623 maxi dist block on ebay @ halfpriceaudio..$34.79..you could prob find a cheaper/no name brand,but..you pay for what you get..ive never had any issues with Stinger products,as well as streewires..ive had some cheapies, and they got so hot that they pretty much would melt the casing, and the wiring..one time, cost me a repair on an expensive amp...get a good dist block/fused..its worth the extra spent.

Just saw that sonicelectronix has the Stinger Spd 5623 pro series for $29.99 free shipping:santa:

Quite welcome..sir..hope you get everything wired up nicely:santa:

Yuppers, fuse as close to the alternator's positive stud on that run, of course the run will be quite short anyway, but the closer the better as with any premise when it comes to fusing essentially. Don't go so close that it's dangerous because the fuse block might have to be too close to moving components though hehe.

.... And "fuse to protect the cable," so yes, 300A will be perfect.
