3 subs to a 4 channel amp need help

...honestly I would start by openeing up the box and rewiring the subs, you can't really do much of anything with 12 ohms. After that you cannot really utalize all four channels and have a stable system. You would have to give one sub more power than the other two and that could cause acoustic distortion. I would say if you wanna stick with these your best bet it to only use two of the subs and bridge 2 channels to each one

Seriously though, I second what CivicGti said. A 12 ohm speaker is pretty hard to work with - are they dual or single voice coil subwoofers?
