cmon i really need some ideas....how often can you do plasma / whats it involve

twice a week with at least 1 day in between. First time takes about 3 hours because they give you a physical. Other then that you just go in, sit in a reclining type chair, they stick a needle in your vein, then you just sit and wait while the machine does everything. Take's everyone a different amount of time to donate. Takes me about an hour.

But in all reality my friend gets all his friend to give them beer cans and soda cans and collects them and turns them in. It's not much, but it helps.
