how do i upload pics on car domain?

how the fukc am i supposed to do this? i only found the uploader thing one and now i can't find it. i read the faq and it says it's supposed to be above the text box where it's not. can someone help me out.......

i log in and click edit in my garage, and it's at the top of the page, under page content and pics...
