Yes. Everyone does. The remote doesn't control the h701, nor the functions of the ipod. That should be fixed.

yeh i totally agree .. i hate not being able to use remote.. to me its more dangerous driving and having to view and touch then use of a remote.. i think its almost as unsafe as watching a movie .. they should have fixed this .. but ill have my tr-7 in next saturday and i cant wait for that .

my buddy is a manger of a car stereo shop and he said he doesnt have a problem doing it but the shop manager who is in charge of the back part sd he isnt going to do it ..and not going to let his techs do it. so he will be off next saturday out of town and i am going to take it over there and have it done . also i am not off again till then ..lol

bikinpunk .. hey i had a guy ask me how how the unit is when u plug a flash drive or a hard drive directly to it .. is it easy to surf through songs ????? i only have the ipod hooked up so i cant comment on this do u know ? on the w505

I've only had a couple songs on a flash drive just to test it out. Can't really say how fast it is because of that. I've heard that it's fast, though.
