I have a guy looking to push two w7 and wants to pump 3400wrms to the pair. He is looking for a 1ohm load and has $400 to spend....post up what you got.
They just don't know that the cheap meters are not accurate. If you didn't know anything about soil grades, and you tested your soil with a meter and it told you it had 500mg of sulfer...wouldn't you believe it had that much? Even though if it did your shoes would boil when you walked on it.
He obviously doesn't know much about car audio, and his friends don't know much about car audio. His friends say 'hey I hit 190 db' then he says oh yeah? and goes on craigslist and sees an add that says 'my syst3m hits 200db i gots 2 typ3 arrrrhsss and 2 5000w boss amps. Yeha thats right, boss, the famous sound makers that make the expensive shizz for tv's and headphones you see on tv'
Well obviously since everyone is telling him he hits 200 db, hes going to think he hits 200db.
so what I gather is....unless you pay 1000s on your amp and about a 1000 on electrical, your amps cant and wont do rated? hahahahahahahahahahahahhaahah
Not really I've explained several times, but he keeps telling me what his friend did. So I told him I'd look into it and he has to sign a weaver stating he understands what could happen and that I'm not liable for any loss/damages...Just happened to have lunch with my lawyer friend today so I'm not worried about it
have him sign a WAIVER instead lol..
this guy apparently cant be reasoned with. just get him a $400 amp that does 2500-3000 watts like he asks for
