How clean is your car?

Just cleaned up the Acura, and was kinda amazed at the condition the paint was in, especially consider it's original on a 1996...

It's a shame that out in the desert, this will last 6 hours, at most.

So, how often do you clean/detail your car/truck? What's your process?

lol my car gets washed maybe 3 times a year.

I don't wash it too often, more during the summer...need a ladder to get the roof, so I don't get up there that often with any more than water. Can't remember the last time I used wax.

wash like 1 times a week in the summer and wax every week or 2 weeks. when ever i feel like it. but winter sucks. just went thru the touch free car wash at the gas station looks pretty good for 3 dollars.

Every once in a great while I'll give the old lady's spoiled brat 5 bucks to go throw out the Mountain Dew cans. Thats about the extent of it.

complete waste of time time and money with todays automotive finishes.

My main car is my company car (07 IMpala for prolly about 8 more months... 25k more miles and I get a new ride w00t!) . I pull it in somewhere and tell em "full detail" a couple times a year and hand them the company CC. Wash it when I feel like it or have time.

Yea, every 1 or 2 weeks is quite excessive imo on waxing...8 times a year for me was pretty much too much if you use good wax. Still has wax on it and I havent waxed in quite a long time...

Usually once or twice a week..put a solid coat of wax on it every couple months...
