maybe your father doesnt know how to run a company and bid jobs
Maybe because he is a Superintendent and doesn't run the company and also doesn't bid on jobs, because again he is a superintendent.

A superintendent runs individual job sites, and manages over the different trades.

noob.

I install / manufacture hurricane shuttersmostly work in the field installing them tho.

50% of them are on highrise buildings near the beach.

around 12 to 18 stories tall.

I get to hang out the window on a little board to stand on,

and have a saftey rope / harness that id rather not rely on for saving my life if I fell.

add to that - using a bad *** hammer drill with one hand

while holding on to the building with the other hand.

and then lifting 100+ pounds of aluminum hurricane shutter up out there to

its position of instalation.

i dont exactly hate my job.

but some days id rather sleep in for shure.
Fawk that nonsense! Even if that was ranked #1, I wouldn't do it! Unless they had S-Blazer down there to catch me if I fell!

different companies run things differently, b1tch!! our super bids on jobs and practically runs the place..... you have probably never even picked up a hammer before, so dont call me a noob, i've been in it for 5 years and run my own crew

Ever see that show, How its Made? I could not work in some of those places that they show. Standing in front of some machine all day feeding metal into it or something. Or in some food places that process stuff. I think i would go crazy doing the same boring job over and over, every day, all day, 52 weeks a year. Some stuff may be cool, like "I work at the car factory" but riveting things as they move by on a convayer has to be the pits. even if the money is good, I could just not do it.

When I was younger, I worked in a box factory, alls we did every day, all day was build the same type of pallet. boring as hell. I lasted about 3 months before I couldnt take it. It paid well and was union. A lot of the guys were there 20 plus years. But it was just not my idea of making a living.

Cliff note: Boring repetitive jobs ****.
