Talk to him..I run them. I have an Audiosn LRx5.1k chs 3 & 4 powering them, which is set to 150 watts per side. I don't, however, run mine IB, mine are in sealed pods ~.15cf and yes they are amazing. I love them and at $40 shipped per, you can't go wrong. Me personally, I'd put them up against my friends HAT L6's. They're that comparative. I'm now in the hunt for some grills for them. They play way low for a driver of that size and go up pretty high w/o any cone brake up. I have mine X'ed over at 50 Hz @12dB/Oct HP and 4k Hz @12dB/Oct LP.

yes, midbass is definitely there but midrange is also. Clean, clear, loud vocals is what they produce. I had mine running off the Crescendo passives and wanted to upgrade my passives so I got a set of cdt 480's. Midbass is even better but midrange is lost abit imo. Im switching back to the crescendos when it warms up outside. These mids are very impressive. Gonna try one more set of high quality passives before I decide to just stick with the Crescendo passives. Im sure that going active would really wake these babies up.so they r more midbass than midrange huh? i want more vocals aka treble then midbass. thoughts ?
