In my truck I am putting in a 13w7 in a custom sealed box (JL specs) with 2 JL 1000/1 amps, a Power Acustic 20 farad capacitor, a soundstream fuse block, an Alpine MRV-F540 amp (for the rest of the speakers), a pair of Polk Audio DB coaxials in the rear doors (i think 5 1/2"), a pair of Polk Audio components in the front doors, Infinity tweets in the pillars and an Alpine 9835 HU.
The truck is a 2001 Dodge Ram quad-cab diesel with (I think) a 165amp alternator and 2 Optima red top batteries. I plan to use 4 gauge min wire for everything (0 off the battery to the fuse block).
I want to run the JL stuff all together and the Alpine amp to the polk speakers.
The things I already have are the 13w7, (1) JL 1000/1 amp, the Polk speakers, the Infinity speakers, and the Alpine HU. I need to buy the rest but I am new to car audio and don't want to make an expensive mistake. Does anyone see a problem with the set-up I am proposing or should it be pretty sweet?
