I know the driver is not really suited for a horn but that's why I can remove the top.hmm lookin at those specs i'm not sure if it will be wise to build a box like that for that MIDspeakers that have a low q(.3 and lower) and have a low fs is more recommended for a horn type box

I got too busy making new, water proof, baffles and putting the deflex pads in that I didn't have time to play around much with the horn. I played music for a while the way it is and my friend was blown away. We played around with a bunch of stuff and couldn't find anything, other than some bass mechanik, that made it sound bad. Only the stuff from Quad maximus was rough on it but almost every track on V5.0 sounded amazing.
Here are some pics of my new baffles and deflex pads in. I didn't get any pictures of the baffles on the door but I thought I did... sorry.
The baffles are stained and coated with a thick coat of polyurethane. The polyurethane was just slapped on and thus it looks ghetto. I really just wanted water protection as my old baffles were bloated and swolen from the Florida humidity.

My undeadend doors (I'm poor).

I don't think I'm supposed to give any public reviews of the pads but I'm at least going to say that I would have easily paid $40 for them.
EDIT: By the way, the baffles need to be odd shaped like that because of how they mount to the door. They have to be very shallow at one end or the door panel won't go on and tall on the other so that the top two screws can go in. There is also foam super glued on the back of them to keep them from rattling against the door.
