Looks alright for 1 12", but it doesn't look like that box has sufficient port area.

Also, it doesn't take much to piss neighbors off, especially if they're old. I wouldn't recommend testing in a neighborhood unless it is for a very short period of time, as hard as that is. That cop was pretty cool though, most are huge dicks when it comes to loud stereos.
