honda accord power sterring pump

seeing if anyone knows an awnser

I have a 2005 accord v6 in the mornings worse the cloder it gets I have a grinding noise when I turn the wheels stoped or rolling sounds like it is comeing out of the power sterrin unit.I am going to try to change the fluid this weeked any other suggestions?

oh by the way the noise goes away after the car gets warm. the pump has no leaks.
