Originally posted by Qckrun Hello, i recently bought a 1990 Honda Accord LX 2 door car. What i was wondering is what do you guys think i should do? Fix up the body, like body kits, a hood, some Fenders, or what? What would you guys do with a 90 Accord? I heard these cars are the ones people are looking for. Also would you guys just work on the engine and forget the exterior or what? I'm open to all opinions and i am looking for to hearing your guys response. Please give some info thanks.
Ok, it seems like you want to rice your car...
that's not really looked highly upon around here...
It's a caraudio forum, if you didn't notice..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
anyway, if I had the car, I'd do more stuff on braking and handling before touching up on the engine...
bodykits? Your car's not gonna need that much of downforce with a stock motor... if you want to add some audio stuff, that's gonna be really heavy... the sub box alone would weigh as much as an average female passenger, or even more than that. If that's the case, still, it wouldn't call for bodykits...
I also wouldn't go extreme with the rims either. Thicker, larger diameter tires don't mean your car will go faster. It will, in effect, slow you down.
Go step by step, and one day, you'll look back and regret that you even considered bodykits...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
cheers~
