good for you.. one im in a old well developed development.. i have a full screened inback pourch with a waterfall and pond. my back yard is on a golf course..Remind me never to move to Utah. I mean I am sure it is nice and all, but that house in my area would have been maybe 50-60k. Yeah, cost of living FTW over here. Hell I can build a 1500sqft house for right around 150k and be brand new, which is what I am thinking next year.
my room is all disorganized right now... due to the living room project.. we dont have cable right now so i have been watching movie's everynight...eagle eye. jesus.

I wouldn't put a pond in my back, front or side porch. Ponds do nothing for me, lol!
I would hate to honestly live on/or by a golf course. Have a buddy that lives near one that is still in range to get hit by golf balls and replaces his windows more than I can count on one hand per year. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Oh we are takin' in basement sqft too, lol!
Just messin' with ya mang! Is a nice house and enjoy it. I wish I had my own place again. I miss having my own space. Just ended up I didn't have enough room and sold it for a good price and made a heck of a profit. Still trying to save and is hard being I want so much shit right now.
It looked like Bundy himself lived in that house. Good job on fixing it up! Having the balls to do it, unless this is somewhat your profession, and a little elbow grease and you've made it look more year 2000 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
