so far.. ive done all the work by myself.. stripped wallpaper, drapes, carpet,

sanded wood floor stained and seald it.. new base bord's and paint.. new light switches, plug's and cover's... allmost done!!

Remind me never to move to Utah. I mean I am sure it is nice and all, but that house in my area would have been maybe 50-60k. Yeah, cost of living FTW over here. Hell I can build a 1500sqft house for right around 150k and be brand new, which is what I am thinking next year.
