im trying to contact Fi car audio. because i ordered two fully loaded BTLs and one arrivd today, checked tracking on other one, supposed to be delivered today, but still stuck in CO????i go to contact fi and they say they are not responding to emails until next tuesday!!!!!! i need these subs for the coming sunday. Fi ahs to do an invstigation on the sub stuck in CO..how the hell do i get a hold of them. it says half their staff is at DB drag go****it.

Christ, you call the shipping company yet, the ones that can actually help you locate the package?

well if fi shipped them out (both) then there is nothing they can do about where the shiping company ****ed up, they could call but they would get the same answer that you will get if you call....best thing to do is not get upset at fi because the villan in this situation is the shiping company

i did call the shippign company

they said it was still in colorado

look at that number. no updates until jus now 30 mins after i called

now i called them again and they say they have it but the numbr was so faded they jus figured it out now...ok Fi, go back to db drag finals. thanks and bye.

what exactly do you expect Fi to be able to do? Maybe they should drive over to CO and see what the hang up is? Im sure they will just drop what they are doing and run over there...

Even If fi were to build you a next sub and ship that one out, you still wouldn't get it in time.

x4 nothing Fi could do.. Thats purely on the Shipping company.

Thats weird because I ordered my BL less than a week ago and it's stuck in Nevada.. It was supposed to be here today but it got rescheduled for tomorrow. I guess another rescheduling is coming. bs

Keep callin back till you get somebody helpful then. If its in CO that means its no longer in FI's hands. Somebody at the shipping company should be able to tell you where the pkg is officially, when it will be getting back on track, and when to expect it at your doorstep.

the shipper has to make a claim or investigate iirc, but you are so anal right now about this I hope it leaves a bad taste in your mouth about FI lol... the forum boner.

anywho, its in UPS's hands and i'm sure you will get your package just chill out.

i had plenty of help. thats why everything got figured out and i have my sub. he came in here thinking he knew the whole situation and thought i expected fi to drop everything to find my sub.
