Used their stuff for years and built several spl winners with their stuff years ago.....I still run a pair of the 1280d2's in system in my office at home and they are still pounding hard and deep after six years now....mind you I used them in my car's setup before I destroyed the the 12's that were originally in the cabinets in the office.......

And yes they did also build alot of drivers for some of the big names in the industry just as their site says....

Hollywood used to be very popular in the late 90's. A lot of poor people, such as myself, could actually afford them and they performed fine. Not competition level equipment, but they would be okay for a daily driver. Just dont expect the extraordinary from ordinary... dunno how their product is now... haven't seen em forever. Anyone remember the "HOLLYWOOD SOUND BOOTH" oval shaped demo cabinet they used to display their wares in in the stores? GAWD I'm old! LOL!
