alexlo, these hollywood amps and excursions are a local company in miami. there subs arent to bad but the probably arent to reliable

they are decent a local dealer carries them slightly over rated but close to actual rateings a decent buy.

argue about low wattage spl? i can say i know how to do it but then again it isnt legal theee way i would do it lol but really im not into spl. i can figure out 1/4 waves and box displacement and port volumes but i also like lookin in my rear view mirror to see if someone is behind me lol

I currently have 2 1280D hollywood subs and a 1000 2 channel monoblock class D amp from hollywood as well. It friggen bumbs! I have had the setup bumbin hard for over 2 hours with absolutely no problems (on my way to the keyes). These subs are definitely not SQ subs, though. They are a bit sloppy, but for the money they hit **** hard and require only a tiny box too! For some more info check out : http://www.audioxtc.com. Thats where my setup came from.

I have those subs too. I have a visonik V800XD amp pushing them. and I push them like cRAZY. I hade a couple of alpine type r 1040d subs at first, but this amp thor them up, so I got thees subs, one whent out , but I am getting another, cause they sound awesome.

And there subs do kick ***. There amps are above ok but there is better than Hollywood amps for the price.

But you can't knock there subs, I would say they are better than Rockford Fosgate
