I've been looking to buy a new alternator for my 96 f-150 5.8 and came across this one from DB. Is this worth what they ask for it? Will it get the job done?

Never heard of them but thats a great deal. (Assuming it is well made and actually puts out what it claims, and wont burn up in 2 weeks lol.)

you'd be lucky to get rated power at 6k rpm.. Junk alternators man

Output at idle = 105 amps. Maximum output of 200 amps is achieved at 1200 rpm.
