HO alternator problem

I installed my 200 amp iraggi alternator today and when i kicked it on for the first time after the install my Oxygen sensor started to SMOKE! i freaked the hell out and turned my car off. I thought a surge had fried my electrical so i cranked it again, and to my surprise no check engine light and no more smoking...i dont know what to do. I did the install by the books and upgraded my big 3 before installing the new alt. Really dont know what i am trying to get out of this post. Just wanted to see if anyone had experiences/advise.

you said a bad word around here anymore "iraggi" look up posts on iraggi LOL i doubt yours is 200 amp please have someone check it out

his shop can be seen from my house so customer service is easier. and he made my alt and had it to my door in 3 days.

Then id take it to him, and have him fig it out- maybe something internal? Defective part etc...

ill run it for a few days, CONSTANTLY checking the voltage, then if the voltage is crazy/reading wrong ill take it to him. i got the lifetime replacement warrenty anyways.

i hope not. that would really ****. my civic is my baby. I dont want to have to do my build in my beamer. they are not fun to take apart.

Do not take it to AZ to have it tested!
