.01 is nothing to worry about man. That is like a screw that someone missed the wood and it went in the inside of the box. Don't worry about that one bit.

Id love to do two 18's haha but unfortunately my back seat is used and cant be taken out. and this is more of a sound quality system not so much quantity.

sounds like im going to do the 12's thanks for that box link thats pretty cheap and fits the situation im not a fan of the pre fabbed boxes but it looks good and since its sealed and not ported it shouldn't matter. Like i said if it doesn't make me happy I can always try somethin else and only be out the 100 bucks.

Thanks for the Input guys. any info on how these drivers do sealed would be great. Iv heard alot about them, the only things iv heard bad is some people say they dont seem to hit the higher notes to well..

the difference betweeen .79 and .80 won't be a problem. Just do the prefab box and save yourself the headache.

I am currently retro-fitting a prefab box for two tens front firing in my 97 ext cab; to a single ported RE SX10. I cut off about 6" on the end of the box, added another sheet of MDF over the front of the box to add depth so I could mount the SX10, cut out most of the first front layer out to add some volume, and am doing a siingle 4" external aero port out the side. I might have to add some 90's to get the port done right and not infringe with the volume of the box to get it tuned to 34hz. I'm almost done so we'll see how it sounds in the next couple of days. I will try and post pics.
