Hey I usually have my local guy build my boxes but I am in fuckin oklahoma right now so I am looking for some help..
I am going to go with 2 SA-10s
on 1-1.5k
I was planning on using 2 3" aero ports but if someone has some better ideas lmk but for space I can't see em being beat..
My dimensions to work with are
20" tall
43"wide
12"deep at the bottom
3" at the top
now then this will be 1500 watts max so I am planning on using .5" would.. yes I said it.. I will brace it of course but I need all the space I can get.. thats why I am using aeros..
Now then this is going in a 2010 tundra crewmax behind the seats.. On the far left(facing the rear seats) behind the single flip down seat is a little door for the jack and tools.. it sticks out probably 2-3 and is about 10-12 wide so the space given is to the right of it..
Now then my idea was to put the subs as far left towards the passenger side and throw the 2 aero ports out the drivers side.. the distance between the end of the box and the side wall is 5" figured thats enough for the ports to fire off of??
I have heard trucks sound best subs left port towards drivers side..
Any problems/Ideas/comments/designs etc on this?
All help is appreciated.. I am pretty set on the equipment but haven't bought it yet.. I want to get as loud as possible while staying pretty low.. not going for dbs just groundpounding.. So if there is better equipment recommendations are also appreciated..
