already did it twice. the other day, a lady let her shopping cart bump into my car at the grocery store. needless to say, there is a family still looking for their groceries somewhere.

hes got frame issues at this point. with the doors being out of alignment. And if its an insurance claim its real easy to rack up a nice total.

yeah there is a ton of damage to the frame, plus a ton of damage to the underbody (the exhaust is pushed forward half a foot into my tire), rear bumper, c pillar, fender, both doors on the left side, plus it needs a 4-way alignment and whatever else she wrote down. the gas tank wont take gas sooo i dunno what needs to be done about that. etc????? + paint + labor

Seriously, call your insurance and tell them about the lazy cop and you gonna have to drive this car the way it is. They ain't gonna let that happen for safety reasons, you could file an even larger claim later if you have full coverage. And, they don't wanna pay for your shit, so they will find the Escalade, trust me. My wifes sister used to sell insurance here in town, she said that their adjusters/fraud workers > police anyday in claims handling and driver info. They will fix your car on your uninsured motorist since you got a report, then they will sue the other driver.

someone else told me this too, they didnt say anyting about it yet but ill talk to my insurance tomorrow and see what they say.

insurance company just called me asking what happened, so now I just have to take it to a shop. the claim IS going on my uninsured motorists, and i have rental coverage THANK GOD. now i just hope my insurance company can find them

it turns out when I got the plate# on the specialized tag, i didnt get the 2 little vertical digits (didnt even see them), and the cop working my case said he needed the full tag to do anything. he said they couldnt do partial searches on tags which is pretty dumb imo. we'll see if the insurance company can do anything about it.

just doesnt make sense to me because thats saying in any case EVER, if someone got all of the tag but 1 digit, that its the same thing as not getting any of the tag at all.
