Hissing/cutting out

When I have the volume on my head unit on about 10-15 I can hear a hissing noise from the speakers, but when I turn it up past 15 I can't hear it anymore. And also when I turn my system up and I turn a corner my speakers cut out and only the front right and back right work. But when I turn another corner all four start working. I've checked my ground more than once and i've also ran new speaker wire, but the same thing keeps on happening. Thanks
