Are you actually looking for a sub that is "HIGHLY" efficient? Or just a sub that will reach full potential off of lower power levels? Because the two are totally different. Low power handling subs aren't "HIGHLY" efficient, they are just lower in power handling. "HIGHLY" efficient would be like pro-audio based drivers with 97db+ sensitivities, which require very large enclosures and have limited low frequency extension in most cases.Just out of curiousity, is there any subwoofers that come to mind that would do very well, SQL based setup, with 300-400 watts? Ported is fine, just curiousity is killing the cat here, so to speak.
I've used those, the 12.1s specificly... I would NEVER consider them efficient.Infinity Perfect 10.1 or 12.1
What shop are you referring too and what city is it in?Will consider the Treo's, local shop about an hour away carries it
I really want to keep the setup I personally have, but there's just so much more G-dang money I have to invest to get it done
Install alone is gonna be a good 500 bucks if not a tad more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Plus I still have to get my 791 viper alarm, My comp set, and my HU lol, go figure
Well, tell me what would be the distinctive difference of a 600 watt amp on 10 in. Sony Xplod subs and a 1000 watt amp running on those 10 in. subs? I'm searching for a full system and looking to pay in between $600-1000 and I got one offer of $415 for the subs, 600 watt amp, and JVC cd player(but I would change to an alpine), an offer for $650 with 1000 watt amp, subs, cd player, tweeters for free, and $20 to tint windows, and another offer which was ridiculous.......$1500 for Alpine CD Player, Front Speakers, JL Amplifier, 10 in. JL Subs......but I must say it sounded clear, almost like I was in a movie theater.....anybody have any input on what they would do or what kind of setup they would purchase in between $600-1000?
