Higher RMS 8" then sa-8

Question, i was going to buy a SA-8 from some one local from ca.com well i looked up its RMS rating. its pretty low was wondering if any one knows of one thats 600RMS daily driving? Or do i have to get one made?

i plan on getting a second delivery as a night time delivery driver so it needs to handle long hours of abuse.

Yeah the SA8 will handle 600 no problem. They can take some abuse.

Cant say I remember any 8" sub with a rating of 700+ RMS... links?

we have had 1500 on a pair a few times, they will take some abuse.

im actually putting one on an aq750 at 1 ohm in my GF's car. so dont be afraid to put some juice to them. just make sure its clean.

Alright, i was kinda scetchy since the documented ratings were so low i know they underate but wasnt sure how much

rofl, anything sundown is pretty much rated by half. great products, not a nuthugger, just had good experiences. like everyone else said. I put 1500 to a pair for months and months and no problems were had.

sa8 is very underated, a very solid lil woofer. wouldnt think twice bout putting 600rms per sa8,very underated sub....

will handle 600 all day...however, if you need a rating to feel better about, I believe the new Atomic 8 is rated at 1k
