Alright, beefing up my sq system with all the right parts, not skimping on anything this time around, I have all mixed matched rca's at the moment from slowly adding to my system, now that its all finished up, time to fix the small things. So what are some really nice rca's?

Otherwise, just buy some sort of mid level cables that fit your budget. I sold XLO for a while and I used the stuff in my HT system. You cannot tell the difference in sound quality between them and mid level cables. And anyone who says they can is dissociated from reality. ;-)

Yes they are. And to their credit, their interconnect cables are second to none in build quality. But I spent a number of years in the audiophile world and have auditioned (you don't listen to audiophile gear, you audition it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/suave.gif.858fc102f7646e678ee8af7e1fbc41d1.gif) a number of $25,000.00+ two channel setups with all manner of expensive interconnects and frankly, you cannot tell the difference in sound quality between them and a mid level interconnect.

Hell, I'm still running some $5.00 braided RCA interconnects that I installed in my truck 14 years ago. No one has ever commented that my system lacks clarity, depth, richness, body, tonal quality or any of the other popular audio snob buzz words, lol.

i like Monster Cable 300 series for a general product with small two-piece head shells. I have their 306 XLN and some older 400 series in the car.

Streetwires ZN series is also decent.

i require two-piece headshells so i can always repair a bad connection.

RCA cables are a racket imo most people wouldn't be able to hear the difference between a nice mid level set and a very high end set this same can be said for those very expensive HDMI cords that are supposed to magically make your TV look better but studies have been done at most people can't tell the difference between a $3 set and a $200 set
