Is Sundown's customer service this bad? Am i doing something wrong? Calm me down

I have called...and called....and called and got only one answer. I have emailed them with no reply. This is getting absurd. Is their customer this bad? The guy i talked to said ill get a email on Thursday (the 12th) ( first email was on Monday). Im trying to return my Sa-8 and cant get a RMA. My truck and garage are is disarray till i get the sub. Is this normal? Even if it shipped today, i wont get it back till late next week or the week after. Just very upset with the situation. Hope this is where i can post this.

 
they have great customer service from everything i have heard. they did just move into another building recently.possibly growing pains im not sure but good luck hope this gets resolved quickly

 
Their customer service is terrible. Good luck on getting a quick response or for that matter getting one.. They have awesome products but their service just down right ***** imo.

Its making me not want to buy from them. Id pay more to know that if it doesnt work, i get good customer service.
