High quality Drum solos?

That sucked............dunno why everyone is so crazy about this vid.

Are you kidding me...

Whether or not you like the way it sounds(some people arent into drumming or just certain types) that is awesome..

I guess you have to be a drummer to appriciate talent..

I only read the first page and I'll agree with neil pert. I would also like to add these:

Carter Beauford from dave matthews band

Stewart Copeland from the police

Danny carey from tool

I've been listening to stewart a lot lately, amazing talent. Hi-hat king //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Song: Moby DickArtist: Led Zeppelin

Album: How The West Was Won (Disc 2)

the whole song is basically a drum solo.... its 19 minutes long...

its a live recording, so "quality" might not be that great.
Beat me to it.

Someone was quoted saying, "it sounds like war, but only louder."

Download it, buy it, borrow it just get it somehow if you like heavy drums this is it. Recorded in 1971 live and it ****in awesome.

I got pulled over in my car with this song playing becuase the cop wanted to know what the hell was going on. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

"Do What You Like" by Blind Faith... not the best song on the album, but the drums will give your speakers a good workout... drums begin at about 8:30-9:00 and last a good few minutes. The bass solo in this song is also great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

It's good, yeah.

But it's annoying when everyone is like "OMG that's sooooo great, he's the best drummar evar1!1!1zomgone!1!!!!!"

What the hell would I know though, I still haven't watched the video all the way through. Never maintained my interest long enough.Actually, to tell you the truth most drum solos don't interest me, I'm not interested in the little competitions, going to band camp, or whatever else you can throw in there.I'm just more into playing a few songs every rare now and then.

PS: I've been playing the drums off and on for a few years now...... definently not as long as you have.I can appreaciate the solo, but that doesn't mean I liked it.

I'm just rambling randomly right now, so I'll end in saying, everyone has an opinion, some are different than yours. Deal with it.

I'll throw one out that hasn't been said yet. I love listening to 311 with a system, in large part because of the percussion. I love the sound of their snare and the beats. I've seen them live a ton of times and Chad Sexton usually does a sick solo. Here's one vid of him, but get the music and listen in your car.

I'll add to the Dave Matthews guy, Tool, and put another on Rush as well!

The Neil pert stuff is awesome haha, Tools drums sound reminiscint of some of the stuff he was doing.

Ashame I can't find anything better than 128 bitrate online.
