High quality Drum solos?

I'm looking for a nice clean drum solo. I'm soon to be putting in some new equipment, and I've been itching to get a cd full of HIGH quality solos and instrumentals to play and listen too. I'm mostly interested in amazing drum solos though.

Look up one of Joey's (Slipknot) solos. They are quite amazing and if you watch some of the videos from their concerts he actually sometimes plays them up side down twirling and what not. Its very interesting to see and listen to. You could also look for some tracks off of drum line. I have a Iowa State University drum line cd that I could send you for a couple bucks.

My favorite band to listen to on my system is In Flames and Chevelle. In Flames because they have some nice double bass action, and I just love the band, and Chevelle because I like the lead singer and their music is recorded EXTREMELY clean.

I'll look into suggested.

As I lay dying (band) has some very nice double bass. I love listening to it in my car, I can feel every note. Bury your head by saosin has some very nice drums in it as well.

I would say rush also, I like yyz, though not a drum solo, its a great instrumental and really shows off the midbass in your system (or lack of).

is a really good song, you should check it out. its not a very good example of drum solo though.... check out strapping young lad - zen
