High End Pioneer Premier 2000watts

Are these subs any good?? I went to the store today, and they got the new pioneer Premier 2000 watt 12" subs, they take a few hundred rms or something.. Anyone heard them and have them?? I got the guy to free air test it, its got a pretty decent xmax, but he bottomed it out pretty easily so i was dissapointed :/

Are you talking about those premiers that are supposed to be all SPL? (The cone is kind of like a W7, but with a dust cap)
