Hifonics zxx 2400.1 stuck in protect mode. Help plz

I just bought a hifonics zxx 2400.1d and as soon as I hook it up, it's stuck in protect mode, I've double checked ground and all other connections and everything checks out. Cab anyone tell me how to get this amp out of protect mode please?

Did you test it with no speakers? When an amp is in protect mode, it usually means something inside failed. On occasion it is something as simple as wire strands shorting between terminals. Do a visual inspection of it all (including interior) to see if you find something obvious.

Pull it and test it at the battery post. Simple Power up test to verify if it powers up fine out of protect mode. if it does then Id be checking Ohm load of subs and all wire secured, from supply wiring to ground wiring and connections, damaged inline fuse as well.
