HIFONICS APHRODITE Series VIII. Diagnostic LED lights

After power and speaker cables connection turning on headunit the diagnostic led turns on. No sound, power led doesn't light. Checked all cables including RCA for "shorts". All is OK. What could be happened with my amp? Please help.
